24/7 Automated Order Progress Reports

As part of our continuing business integration we have developed an automated system
which allows you to query our Order Scheduling Database.

To find out the status of your jobs, just send a blank email to :-

prodwe@globaldatum.com

You can receive information for your own orders or for all orders from your company
i.e. those of your colleagues as well.

Leave the Email Subject blank to receive your own jobs or type "ALL" for the records of
all orders from your company.

You can also receive the information in either the body of the email or as a MS Excel
2000 attachment. Simply include the word "Excel" in the Email Subject to receive the
information in an Excel file.

For example, if you type "All Excel" in the Email Subject, you will receive all the records
we have with your company for the past 30 days in an Excel file.
