and understand the pressures and deadlines that you have.

We
are the second largest user of AlphaCAM in the world. We spend over 10%
of our turnover on research and development.
We have developed the most advanced tools anywhere in the world dedicated
to quickly and accurately generating production
tooling. But it is the 10,000 jobs and 35,000 drawings worth of experience
coupled with the Designers who are going to get you the tooling
that works the first time that you use it.
We
have state of the art vertical machining centres with 10,000 rpm spindles,
dynamic probing, vacuum tables, solid diamond tooling
all programmed off-line, but it is the Tradesmen who work three
shifts and weekends to give you 24/7 coverage and to make sure
your tooling is made quickly and accurately.
We
have developed a cross integrated, event driven manufacturing system linked
to our accounts but it is our Production and
Financial Controllers who are going to make sure that the tooling
is delivered on time, and when it isn't they have the guts to tell
you, before the disaster at your end.
